Shipping Policy

Premade handmade items are typically processed and ready to ship within 5–10 business days. Standard shipping within the United States is included in the item price.

Orders may be shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the size, destination, and most appropriate shipping option for the order. Tracking information will be provided when available.

If you need expedited or alternate shipping, please contact me before ordering. When available, any additional shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders

Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the project. An estimated completion timeframe will be discussed and agreed upon when the order is accepted.

Longarm Quilting Services

Please do not mail a quilt to Opal & Mert before contacting me. Mailed longarm projects must be reviewed and accepted before shipping. Once we've agreed to proceed, I will provide shipping instructions and the mailing address.

Return shipping and any requested shipping insurance for longarm projects are charged separately and are not included in the quilting price. Tracking information will be provided for return shipments.
